Record store day

Today is 'record store day' A day made to support our local record stores who sadly suffer now with our modern technology and downloads.
Our music store had a bulk load of new and used vinyls in for the special day plus a couple of local bands in to play. So we all went along and bought a couple of vinyls and whilst there enjoyed a brilliant little intimate gig with an awesome local rock band 'These reigning days' who I've been dying to see play live for ages but haven't succeeded too until today. These local boys have supported Bon jovi, had a track used by the Winter Olympics, had a number 1 in Italy and are playing at Glastonbury fest aswell as touring in various places around the globe and I'm fairly sure they are destined for bigger things in the near future, keep a listen out for them ;) We have some brilliant local talent in my area, can't wait for festival season to start :)
