Easter Trail!

We went on a National Trust Easter egg trail this afternoon, through woods, down little paths, through a field. Here is B with one of the "eggs"! She was very taken with the explorers hat she was given, and checked each egg against her chart very carefully. When she had tracked down more than ten of these eggs, we went back to the Base, solved a word puzzle, and then she was presented with a large, real, chocolate egg!
What a great way for a five year old to spend an afternoon at Easter!
