Pinwheel with cross

Over the last week, whenever I have had some free time, I have been madly working on this section (of what I have decided will be) of my 'sampler quilt'. I finished the 'tumbling bricks' last week and had made a 'lone star' at Christmas. The sections are 55cm square and I hope to make 16-25 of them... Today I bought the fabric for the next one 'Trip around the World ' in a lovely shop in Long Melford. Though, by Tuesday, I will have run out of many of my opportunities for 'free time' and will have to get on with some work!
