Sunny day out

Today we had a lovely sunny day so mum and I went to meet auntie Katie and Ryan at the country park. Auntie Katie bought food to feed the animals which was very exciting. Ryan and I were very good at walking around and looking at everything and staying very close to our mummy's until we spotted the woods and we went on a gruffalo hunting expedition. I shouted gruffalo where are you but funnily enough he didn't reply! I found two very cool sticks and gave one to Ryan so we carried them about for a while. Then we went to the swing park and I sat on the big swing and decided to throw myself off just as mum looked away for a second! Lucky I didn't hurt myself (no fear at all this one). Then mum and I went home for lunch, daddy had got home from work already so we all headed put again to go see grandpa as gran is in America. I had a brilliant time running around their huge garden. I had to pick up two sticks I found so decided to tap out a drum beat on the decking! We also played with bubbles and I got the hang of blowing them myself but at one point let it get too close to my mouth and ended up with a mouthful of soap! Yuk. After we left, mum and dad dropped me off at gran and Papa's and I got to paint after my dinner :)
