Wild Pigeon Salad

We received a gift of three wild pigeons and they provided our starter tonight. Recipe was from a Nick Nairn Cook book and one which he served in his restaurant at Braeval, sadly no longer in existence. The wine is rather oddly called "2 per cent"- Australian, say no more!
Another desperately bad day footballing wise. Hibs comfortably beaten by St Mirren.
Relegation looms large!
