Dear departed (Imran Ch)

My class fellow, friend, UOG colleague (lecturer in physics deptt) has passed away. His face images are constantly coming to my mind screen again and again making me sad and weepy.Mind is not accepting this tragic news but death keeps no calendar.

He was loyal, brave and sincere soul with open personality and no pretension at all. He was symbol of hard work and constant struggle with ever simple approach towards life since the time I met him in first year of college days. May his sincere soul rest in eternal peace.

He was a self made person with simple and rural background but with deep roots to his culture and folk lifestyle. He felt always proud to be a 'son of the soil' in the sense that he used to do soil related work by himself till his departure. He was equally adept in his subject, physics and his agricultural works.

I have shared with him precious time and memories. He was really a jolly man and friend indeed.

Life is so uncertain and fragile. The belief that everybody has his own lifespan and everybody has to go to next world sooner or later, gives me some solace. Otherwise, I am shattered by his departure. May his soul rest in eternal peace.

He will be long remembered and kept in heart due to his pleasing personality. I pray for his soul. May his family gather some courage to bear this irreparable loss.amin
