The Pizza Oven

This evening we had dinner at James's corner of the farm (the place with the classy bathroom). Two of his sons have built a pizza oven. This is the second time we have tried it. The first time the weather was hotter and the pizzas cooked in 2 minutes, but if you weren't careful they burnt on the bottom. Tonight it was much cooler and the first pizza took about 30 minutes. However they all tasted good and with more practice we should perfect the cooking times. The oven isn't even completely finished yet but Andy (pictured) is just back from a posting to Vietnam and couldn't wait to try it out.
