Tulip

It's been a grand day.

Had a ritualistic Sunday morning which means a cup of tea and a cuddle with m'boy whilst Match of the Day. We then slowly got ourselves together and then went to The Strickland Arms for a Sunday lunch courtesy of the in-laws - lovely jubbly!

Despite the windy weather, as we were so close we thought we'd have a wander round the grounds of Sizergh Castle. There was still a lot of stuff waiting to come out, but the tulips were in full flower and have given me some ideas with regards to our own garden.

The one pictured here caught my eye though as I've not seen a dual colour tulip like this before. Anyway, I thought it was quite striking and worth sharing with you all.
