Pine Tree near Forbes Castle

A perfect Easter day, from the fresh cool air first thing this morning through the day of blue skies and warm sunshine that followed.

This magnificent Scots Pine stands at the edge of a field on the Castle Forbes estate here in Aberdeenshire, with sheep and young lambs all around it as we passed by on our walk this afternoon.
