Pump up bunny ears

An excellent afternoon at my mum and dads of scary white chocolate hares, unusual twitter followers amd I won at trivial pursuit.

And I ran for 25 minutes. The stopping / starting running / walking thing seems to have come to an end now so not I just need to work my way up to being able to run 5k. I can currently manage 3 which is not quite enough. Plus it takes me some time to catch up and overtake a sedentatry pedestrian so still plenty of work to be done but I am quite happy with myself.

Last day of holidays tomorrow when I pay for a weeks worth of lounging about - lots of job to do!
