Shakespeare - Tower of strength

Burg Deutschlandsberg is a castle in the Steiermark (Styria) in Austria. It dates back to the 12th century although the chapel tower was restored in the 14th century after a fire. In 1597 it was rebuilt, taking 10 years to complete, and in 1876 the tower was shortened for some reason. It is still standing strong today despite its setbacks; one can see how this term can be applied to people who can be relied upon in times of trouble.
