Today's is less of a refreshing recipe for a hot day, more of a comforting recipe for a cold day.

Headed back to Bracknell for the day, and Graham and I made a tarte tatin for Mama Bear. The weather was terrible, but we had a lovely day, and actually - by some miracle - managed to not get rained on.

Apart from the raining my eyes did. There was a lot of that.
