Sparkling Nights

A full day of NCT class (today's we covered: pain relief & choices, third stage of labour, relaxation techniques & practical baby tips i.e. sleeping, nappy changing etc.)

We left straight away to drive up to the Midlands to spend the evening with friends; Sarah & Jim, Katie & Joe. We've not all been together for ages and caught up over a lovely dinner cooked by Sarah with plenty of drink flowing and after dinner games.
Being pregnant of course I wasn't drinking but was spoilt for choice with a selection of non-alcoholic sparklies whilst the others enjoyed prosecco.
