heavy clouds

The day after I get back from New Orleans is always the saddest. I was on post-call at Methodist today... Basically my first day of work at the hospital on the second half of the rotation. It was pretty awesome. I really like my team. I have respect for my intern, upper-level resident, and my attending. It is so efficient at this hospital -- I love it.
Excited to be working here.
