Mono Monday ~ Transport.

The theme for Mono Monday this week is transport, and seeing as I went up the coast with my daughter today, I had plenty of opportunity to take photos of transport.

We were heading to Burleigh Heads, and when Emma mention coffee, we decided to take a detour into a small shopping centre at Palm Beach, where we knew of a coffee shop that serves very delicious coffee, so while Emma ordered the coffee, I had some fun with the camera.

So here we are, late April, when all areas respectful of autumn would be cooling down by now....not so in the Gold Coast today!! Everywhere we looked people were walking around in swimmers, shorts and sundresses, enjoying the sun on the last day of the long weekend. You can see here the shade-sails, suspended above the parking areas, which are becoming more frequently seen in outdoor car parks in this area.
