Something has to be said for a dangerous substance that is widely available in retail establishments. This stuff has been known to cause euphoric behavior and lots of laughter. Some people even believe it helps set a romantic mood on dates. When children can walk into a store and buy this stuff, and when many injuries have been linked to the consumption of this substance - think stubbed toes, bruised neck and jaw muscles, even emotional upheavals - it's time we demand the Food and Drug administration to categorize this stuff as a drug, requiring doctors' prescriptions for dispensation.
