Inner light

I know I have blipped daisies before, but there is just something so beautiful about a macro shot of this little flower!

It would definitely be worth a 'honey, I shrunk the kids' moment just to stand underneath a Daisy and look up through it's gauzy leaves at the sky overhead. As long as the moment wasn't ruined by a hungry spider, or some other carnivorous invertebrate.

I am still appreciating being off work. The sail back to home harbour was a bit lumpy yesterday. We had tide and wind against us, as well as a swell, so it was a bit rock-and-rolly getting in. And not in a good way.

Off now to the in- laws to get my Easter egg. My father- in-law has been buying me one for over 30 years now! One habit I'm happy not to grow out of.
