Monday Monday

With Mr J at work today I've been enjoying the time alone.

4 mile run this am followed by lunch out & now chillin in our lovely garden that catches the afternoon sun.

I've started reading 'The Shock of the Fall' by Nathan Filer which is dark but funny & got me hooked
