Downhill Racers

We've been doing jobs all morning so decided that after lunch we would try out the cycle path through Rivey Wood....the kids were excited at the prospect of the downhill woodland track that includes jumps and tight turns.

Riding up the hill is the biggest obstacle though.... I say riding....there was a fair bit of pushing going on and when you've been down the track, which was great fun, you have to go back up hill, obviously, for another hit of adrenaline.

Twice was enough and I suspect I'll be in pain tomorrow.
