Rapeseed Part 2
Had a fabulous day today thanks to John Kenning. He hatched a plan a little while ago to get some aerial photos of RAF Church Fenton, a now closed RAF airfield which is dear to his heart. We spent a very enjoyable day whizzing around with me trying to master the difficult art of aerial photography with zero experience. It was very hazy but we did our best. I now have about 200 photos to go through looking for those special ones that, hopefully John will be happy with. If not, we'll just have to have another go. I learnt a lot, was impressed with John's skill as a pilot and generally had an amazing day. Since I was chasing sunny photos of rapeseed fields yesterday I thought I'd offer you an alternative rapeseed field shot today, although I had a number of shots I liked a lot from today I liked the idea of continuing the theme. I really must get all the leftover photos that didn't make it to blip these last 111 days and put them on Flickr when I get the chance, there are some reasonably good ones.
