Rosslyn Chapel

And so it ends. What was originally going to be a quiet few days in Leadhills became a 1,000 mile trip. All good fun, though and we had a great time seeing people and eating amazing food. Edinburgh last night to stay with friends and we thought we'd go and have a look at Rosslyn Chapel on the way back. It didn't disappoint with its wealth of carvings and ornate stonework, mystery and intrigue. I can well see why Dan Brown wanted to use it in the Da Vinci Code - despite the many tourists, it's an oddly unsettling place.
