Flying wasp & Blackcurrant

With the brilliant weather recently, our favourite summer insects have been starting to buzz around our gardens. Here a common wasp in its gorgeous black and bright yellow livery gets ready - jaws already open in anticipation - to forage in the budding flowers of a blackcurrant bush in my garden.
