This is my friend Anita ( in purple) racing ( as best she can with her replacement knees) off on leg 3 of my relay team to explore the spoil heaps and old quarries at Pwll Du near the Blaenavon World Heritage Site.

Now grassed over, the spoil heaps make a spectacular and fascinating landscape, perfect for orienteering
