Drawing Trains

"Daddy I'm going to draw a steam train. How do you draw a steam train?"
*draws pretty good interpretation of a stream train for a 3.5 year old*
"Now I'm going to draw a diesel train. They look the same, but have a million wheels"
*draws exact same picture as before but without the funnel*

He has his father's artistic nous.

Started the day with some swimming, working on arms mostly - including 8 horrible lengths holding onto a little ball so that the hands couldn't do anything. Definite improvements again.

Took Arlo for a walk to the botanics (see above) and then headed down to my Mum's to drop Arlo off for his sleepover.

With Arlo away for the night we took advantage and headed out with the newlyweds for a lovely bit of thai food at Chaophraya. Highly recommended, especially the starter platters.

A stream of the new Winged Victory for the Sullen e.p. is a good way to start the easter weekend.
