These Boots Were Made for Walking

People hurrying across the road to/from the Links Market are lost in a blur of movement that blends with the background.

However, their boots have other ideas and stop regularly to pose for the camera as they cross from one footpath to another.


Tonight was the last night of Kirkcaldy's Annual Links Market (travelling fair). It closed at 10pm and already the rides are starting to be dismantled. They have until Wednesday morning to be clear and the road will then be swept and street-furniture reinstated before being re-opened to traffic at lunchtime.
