Gleann a' Chadha Dheirg

I had to cross this wild and lonely glen in the later afternoon, after an undulating walk over the land to the south.

I had started out from Braemore Junction, connecting with the end of last year's section of the Cape Wrath Trail. Fortunately the weather today was much improved, and I crossed over Beinn Enaglair, Iorguill, Beinn Dearg, Meall nan Ceapraichean, Eididh nan Clach Geala, before crossing this glen, and into upper Strath Mulzie where my legs finally gave up and I was forced to pitch the tent.
