La Officina Restaurant

La Officina is a restaurant we’ve wanted to try out for 2 years, but somehow the opportunity to do so has eluded us.

One of my bicycle routes take me past its front door.

Despite having just had breakfast it beckoned to me strongly this morning as I rode past.

My soon to be daughter-in-law maintains a vegetarian diet.

It all seems to fit together nicely for a close encounter of the Mexican Vegetarian kind.
