Long weekend

We tried to put cousin C down for a nap with little A today and the result was disastrous. C is used to napping on his own, so the novelty of having a nap buddy kept him too excited to even lay still. He would come crawling over and scratch our faces while he shrieked in excitement.

Thirty minutes later, there were no more signs of napping than there were 30 minutes earlier, and we had to call this mission a failure. Within minutes of splitting the duo, they both entered slumberland without too much drama.

And their moms were beyond exhaustion.
