There are alot of no ball games allowed signs by order of acc in aberdeen. Someone appears to have changed this for the better. Made me smile.

Not feeling too bad after our 40 mile (64km) cycle yesterday. Enjoying the fair weather in Aberdeen. Walked to the beach for dinner (food rubbish at bella italia) and back home.

Changed my 5x50 target to a total of 500km...I'm about 216km and nearly half way through the days! Over 12km walking today - get in a few cycles the next couple of weeks I think will be the plan :)
