Diamonds on the Soles of her shoes

This morning I woke up (it was like 12pm longest sleep in I'd had in a while but so needed!) I was meant to be hanging with H today but he bailed on me so I thought 'Stuff this, I'm not wasting Easter Monday waiting around indoors waiting to watch GoT indoors as well' so I hit up my friend Joe and we went to Wollaton Park with Ben and MJ. We hung out all afternoon just talking about how insane it was that I had come so far, they're just sitting in a park around the corner from where they live and I was on the opposite side of the world from where I'm from.
It was pretty weird. We listened to Paul Simon's Diamonds on the Soles of her shoes and it was wicked.

I came back home around 6, by this stage I had missed GoT next door so I watched it on my own and fell asleep. As far as Bank Holiday weekends go, this one was pretty sweet. And in English tradition. It did rain on bank holiday Monday but not till dark
