Glorious Tree Peony

The big fat buds on this have burst forth, but having supported it, the flowers are now too high up for me to photo. So a challenge : out with the step ladder and a bit of balance!!. Are the not quite glorious. You can see it's a bit grey and damp here this morning, so the flowers have closed a bit again. I did take them in yesterdays sunshine but bluebells won out.
Must be feeling better : have started organising things around the house!
