Woke up feeling pretty rough after a night of broken sleep - backache and indigestion. Joy.

Fortunately, we had made plans with the wonderful Fraser and Shona which picked me up no end. We don't get to see them often. Obviously, given they had wee Ruaridh with them, combined with our impending arrival, there was a lot of baby chat.
