Blossom in Middleton

As often happens on a filthy wet day, I set out by car to try to find something interesting to blip. Each visit to a potential subject coincided with what I can only describe as torrential drizzle. These substantial cherry trees, adjacent to Middleton Library, at least offered some shelter for my lens. They look even bigger when viewed large.
