Letter from Santa

Issie and her friends have been discussing whether Father Christmas exists.

"Mummy Robin says Father Christmas does not exist, but he does doesn't he?" Issie

Mummy " Yes of course sweetie"

Issie " And you always tell the truth don't you mummy"

"Yes"
A pang of guilt hits me; will she still trust me when she finds out; can we keep the magic going for just one more year.

Then the next day a letter from father Christmas arrives (aka nanny). "Mummy mummy; I got a letter, see he does exist!"
