My sister Leena -

- celebrating Easter Monday with a bonfire by the lakeshore. Leena is a real doer, so when she realised that there was some mold in my mother's sauna cabin she reached for a crowbar, tore down all the panel on the walls, ceiling and floor.

Here she is watching over a bonfire where all the damaged wood is burning. It has been an exceptionally dry winter and spring, so an open fire is a bit risky even if it is lit right at the waterfront. There were no problems with the fire here, though.

The bonfire theme goes well together with old beliefs that you have to build bonfires for Easter to get rid of all bad things of the past year to get ready for a splendid new one.
