Alcester

For some time I have noticed how this pub sign nicely fits into the gap in the sky beside St Nicholas Church in Alcester and today the sky looked amazing behind it. Note the unusual placement of the clock on the south west corner of the tower so it can be seen down the high street.

The guy standing in the pub doorway thought I was barmy!
