Neighbours

Cadbury and Hershey playing it cool, while the "back" neighbour's sausage dog was in a yap frenzy, because we were close to the fence. What do you think of this effect? Called HDR effect.
I went back to work today. I went to the office to underline that I am actually back to work! (I'm lucky to mostly be able to work from home).
A colleague described her experience of visiting a neighbour who had just had chemotherapy and I thought this wonderful. My closest "side" neighbours are miserable snobs. They've always stonewalled my efforts to be friendly and get to know them and I always end up feeling gauche and naive. Do you get on with your neighbours?
