There She Goes...

This is one very happy 9 year old today. Lucie tried out her new bike in the garden with her new helmet and all. She's wearing her PE kit as she didn't bother to change for home time after school! So looking very sporty here.

Her day has been rather enjoyable and she had two school friends over for a play and for "tea". The afternoon ended with a birthday "chocolate" cake. She's all tired out and for the record she didn't wake us up at 5am (thank goodness).
