Skeletal tree.

Came across this old tree on our Nordic walk this afternoon. It really stood out against all the other bright new growth.
Managed to walk without getting wet - there was a shower before and a shower after!
Tomorrow is the fourteenth day since I had my varicose vein stripped out and I'm still green and yellow with just a hint of black and blue.. I can leave the stocking off tomorrow but I think I'll put it on if I'm going to be on my feet for any length of time - just for another week or so. I'm petrified it'll come back.. :-)
