Soon to be gone

This is a close up of MrH's fast growing beard. He doesn't usually like to be blipped but suggested I take a photo of this beard as he plans to get rid of it tonight. A little bit of beardy history.

I once had a class with a young man called Johnny Strangeways (such a rock and roll name eh??) we were studying A level Psychology. He could literally turn up to class clean shaven and an hour later he had a full chin of stubble. A few of us commented on this once and he told us that when 15 years old, walking around Leyland on a break from school some woman had approached him and started shouting at him to get back home to his wife and kids. He was bewildered but I guess the lesson is that fast growing facial hair is not always a great thing ;-)
