"So many books, so little time"

I never knew until this evening that Frank Zappa said that.

Tonight was my monthly book club meeting, so I did not have much time for photos. I have been in this book club for 22 years with the same group of women. We have read some extraordinary books. Many are books I would not have chosen to read, but I am very glad that I did. The discussions are quite interesting and I always come away with a greater appreciation. Tonight was the first time that every member disliked the book and felt it hadn't been worth our time, so I won't bother to mention the book's title. The luxury of time to read will be another thing I will enjoy about retirement.
