Pretty scumminess!

Whippiness yesterday - scumminess today! I took a fair few pics on the canal today whilst walking Chino - chimneys, narrowboats, ducks, blossom trees, buds…. but I rather liked this one for a change? It's a pic of the scum that was floating around at the bottom of the 3 rise locks this morning. In the early morning sun it was caramel and golden in colour and with the blue skies - I thought it was actually quite pretty! You can just about see the Damart chimney and factory reflecting on the water too - ah you see… I did get a chimney in there! :) At lunchtime the scumminess was a distant memory - all gone!
