Normality returns

The familiar array of lights along the harbour provides a sense of relief. It's been some day. First, the Scottish government came to call. Then there was pouring rain. And to top it all, we had a 50 minute powercut. As did the whole of the north of Scotland from Fort William to Lerwick.
