two's company ... six ??

believe it or not there are six starlings in this "wee hoose" there were nine earlier but the camera was not handy at that time ... so from none to nine + in 10 days is a bit of a jump and am beginning to get a bit concerned now ?!?!?? how many more are out there ....
on another note, an amusing one I have been putting a small handful of sultanas and grated cheese out for the blackbirds and robins mainly every day. Well today I was late providing the "treat", so Mrs Blackbird 1 appeared and went all round the "hoose" stood on the edge, looked towards the house in disgust and flew of without any seed !!! so out went the sultanas and cheese and minutes later they were all there for their rations. We have two pairs of Blackbirds come regularly throughout the day for rations. I have to say though they also get loads of worms, bugs and grubs etc. in the garden and don't rely on the bird table for all their needs.
