First day back at work today..... well, was supposed to be until Ava ended up in hospital last night with a bad chest. The first Doctor thought it could be pneumonia and we were in for most of the night getting checked. Thankfully it's not that, and most probably a chest infection and they have started her on inhalers etc but she still sounds so wheezy and crackly :-( her oxygen saturations were low (92%) and they were debating giving her oxygen but it was borderline and she has managed without...

Without a doubt this is the hardest thing about juggling a job and three little ones.... :'-(
