Rachel's broken washing machine. I've been at her house since 12:00 because an engineer was coming to fix said washing machine. It is now after 5 o'clock and there is no engineer to be seen. Why oh why can these people not turn up when they say they would and even if we accept that shit happens, is it beyond their capability to pick up a phone end let people know that they will be late or not turning up at all? Grrr.
