'Child of the Sixties'

The sunshine over the past week has given this lovely Rose an early start.
The Mccartney Rose...a Hybrid tea...she was offered to Sir Paul by his record company She has turned out to be nearly as phenomenal in performance as her namesake, winning more international competitions than any other House of Meilland rose introduction. She blooms from Spring through to Autumn, and I have even take photos of her covered with snow. Endowed with a rich, spicy fragrance. The flowers don't actually last long but very prolific.

Not the best of Blooms for a photo, I will be hoping for better in the next few months.
