Geranium

It was a case of leg it into the garden this evening and pick whatever came handy.

I was hoping for some dandelions and I could see some in amongst the nettles but by the time I'd done battle with the Goosegrass (where that came from I don't know as this is the first year it has appeared in the garden), all the dandelion heads were destroyed - hey ho.....

On the plus side I'm pretty sure I've Blackbirds nesting in the ivy at the bottom of the garden - less than 20 feet from the house. I'd seen the female gathering nest material the other day and she's been popping in and out of the ivy all evening :) Hopefully the Wrens are still in there too............
