NIMBY

Not in my back yard!

I live in the countryside so not many traffic lights around these parts particularly on this lovely old railway bridge which BAM are desecrating with non matching, illplaced blocks raising the height of the bridge to apparently a safe height. Yup, I understand why but sad that 'elf and safety have to come to us in such an ugly way plus they've torn down all the bramble bushes so no bramble jam come autumn and no annual Christmas photo sat on the bridge. Two traditions gone :(
