Garrettstown day 3

This is St Finbarr's Cemetery in Cork where Biggs's Nan's ashes were buried today. She was laid to rest with her husband who died in his 30's in 1946, his father who died in 1957 and her granddaughter who died of leukemia at the age of 18 in 1995.

(Interestingly, the large cross in the picture is the cemetery's IRA memorial. The men buried here were local IRA volunteers and mostly died during the Irish War of Independence (1919-21) or during the subsequent Irish Civil War (1922-23)).
